Martin Crandall, keyboardist and bassist for the New Mexico based group, the Shins was arrested this week, along with his girlfriend on charges of domestic violence. Crandall was apprehended by Sacramento, California police- and both he, and his girlfriend Elyse Sewell of America's Next Top Model- spent the night in jail. The Shins's publicist has currently not commented on the situation.
